We only work this area, we know every building and deal. That's about 10 miles around Hallandale Beach and Hollywood, from Fort Lauderdale to North Miami.
How I work
- Zach replies personally within 15 minutes, 8 AM to 9 PM ET, 7 days. Outside those hours, by 9 AM.
- Your info goes to Zach only. Never sold, never shared. You choose how he reaches you, and STOP always works.
- I tell you what a home really costs: taxes, HOA, insurance, flood zone, assessments, move-in fees.
- I never take referral fees from lenders, title or insurance companies.
- Every home is open to everyone. I follow fair housing law in every conversation.
