Free renter résumé
Landlords and condo associations in South Florida move faster when your details are in one place. Fill this in, check the preview, then print it or save it as a PDF.
Stays on your phone. What you type here is kept only in this browser. Nothing is sent to anyone unless you press "Send my résumé to Zach" at the bottom.
Don't put your Social Security number, bank account numbers, date of birth or ID numbers on a résumé. Give those only on the landlord's or management company's secure application, after you've seen the home and checked who you're dealing with (scam check).

Document checklist
Have these ready as PDFs or clear photos. Black out everything but the last 4 digits of any account number.
- Photo ID for everyone 18+ on the lease (you'll show it or upload it on the official application, not by email).
- Proof of income: your last 2 pay stubs, or an offer letter, or for self-employed, last year's tax return or 3 months of statements.
- Bank statements (usually 2 months), account numbers blacked out.
- Rental history: your current landlord's or manager's name and phone.
- Pet records: vaccination records, a photo, breed and weight. Condo associations often have their own pet limits.
- Vehicle details (make, model, plate) if the building assigns parking.
- Money for fees: the landlord's application fee and, in many condos and HOAs, a separate association application fee, sometimes with an interview. Ask Zach what a building requires before you apply.
