Zach's promise

1. A real reply, fast. Zach replies personally within 15 minutes, 8 AM to 9 PM ET, 7 days. Outside those hours, by 9 AM. Any automatic message says it's automatic ("Got it. Zach will get back to you shortly.") and never pretends to be Zach.

3. Your info goes to Zach only. Never sold, never shared with other agents, lenders or call centers.
4. You choose the channel. Text, call, email or WhatsApp. Reply STOP and texts stop.
5. Full disclosure. Every listing shows what we really know about the costs, each with its source and date. Unknown means "Not listed - ask Zach", never a guess.
6. Fixes within 2 business days. Report any wrong or stale listing with the "Report a problem" button on the listing and Zach fixes or escalates it.
7. No referral fees. Zach doesn't take money from lenders, title or insurance companies.

We track every reply time. If we miss this promise on average, the 15-minute line comes off the site automatically and this page says so.
